For those ready to stand up, speak out and make a change
Putting your motivation into practice

How starts with why.
We learn by doing.
Knowing the change we want to make will determine how we connect with our audience.
There are no shortcuts to well-crafted audio. But there are skills we can learn and a Practice we can develop to become those consistent creators we want to beāthose who change the conversation for good. When it flows it feels more like a shortcut. Reconnect with your dream and put your motivation into practice.
My podcasting journey has been life-changing. Four and a half years in, I have produced almost 250 episodes of my own podcast, Alpaca Tribe, and coordinated and produced three series of the Pod Buffet, plus production and associated work for other podcasters across the world.
For most of those years, I worked as Head Coach for The Podcasting Workshop (founded by Seth Godin and Alexandra DiPalma and was originally part of Akimbo.) Due to other commitments, Seth and Alex are no longer directly involved. However, through The Podcasting Workshop and Audio Change Makers, I am continuing to pursue the original heart and intention for the workshop. To release voices that make a change.

Stay fresh
To succeed at podcasting, you must know how to start, keep going, and stay fresh. Easy in theory but challenging to deliver. The Audio Change Makers community provides focus and structure to help you achieve that.
Community
What if you did not have to do it on your own? What if fellow travellers could help you stay on track? What if we could all be part of something bigger – and better?
Students from workshops I have coached can apply to join the community. Current students of The Podcasting Workshop automatically receive a free trial of community access to provide them with the best foundation as audio change makers.
The community is a place to achieve your intentions.
